Perinatal & Pediatric Bereavement
Butterfly’s Embrace is a comprehensive bereavement support program dedicated to walking alongside families who experience the heartbreaking loss of a baby or child due to miscarriage, stillbirth, premature delivery, neonatal death, pediatric death, or a life-limiting diagnosis during pregnancy. We recognize that every loss is deeply personal and affects the entire family. Our multidisciplinary team—including a certified social worker, experienced nurses, chaplains, and a child-life specialist—is specially trained to provide compassionate, individualized care that honors the emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural needs of each family member. Through thoughtful support, remembrance opportunities, and ongoing resources, Butterfly’s Embrace seeks to ensure that no family walks through grief alone and that every baby’s life is remembered and honored.
Our Mission
Offering compassionate support to families experiencing perinatal, neonatal, and pediatric loss. Our focus is on providing love, care, and meaningful ways to honor babies. We strive to create a space for families to find comfort, guidance, and understanding during their journey of grief and healing.
We are incredibly honored to share that Butterfly’s Embrace has been recognized as one of the Hidden Leaders in the latest edition of Our Jackson Home.
The Hidden Leaders documentary film was created in partnership with the Winter 2026 Journal and produced by The Reel Collective. This special project highlights six leaders in our community who quietly serve behind the scenes—filling the gaps where support, compassion, and care are needed most.
To be included among those making a difference in our community is truly meaningful. Butterfly’s Embrace exists because every family deserves support, remembrance, and compassionate care during unimaginable loss.
